Gogetr is an online tool that helps users:

• Set, plan, and track personal goals
• Keep track of tasks, subgoals, and progress
• Reflect on daily and weekly achievements

Gogetr provides a clear digital environment to improve productivity and goal achievement.

3. Terms of use

• You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent. This is necessary because using Gogetr may involve contracts and payments.
• You may only use Gogetr for personal and legal purposes.
• It is prohibited to:

  • Hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse Gogetr
  • Steal, modify, or share other users' content without permission
  • Send unsolicited advertising or spam through Gogetr

4. Liability

• Gogetr strives for correct and secure operation, but cannot be held liable for:

  • Temporary malfunctions, bugs, or downtime
  • Data loss or damage to devices
  • Loss of personal goals or progress
• If a bug or issue occurs, Gogetr will make every effort to fix it. You are advised to keep backups of important data.
• You are responsible for safely storing your login credentials and personal data.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Gogetr offers a 14-day free trial, during which you have full access to the web application's features.
• After the trial, you can choose a monthly or yearly subscription.
• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• By starting a paid subscription, you agree to immediate service delivery and waive the 14-day withdrawal right, since you already had full access during the trial period.
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed until you cancel, but you will be clearly informed of the renewal and can cancel easily via the Gogetr settings page or via the link in your email.
• Refunds are only provided if legally required, for example, if the service is not delivered as agreed or in case of cancellation within the legal withdrawal period if no trial was provided.

6. Intellectual property

• All software, designs, texts, images, logos, and content of Gogetr are owned by Jimmy Lamim Da Silva.
• It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or commercially use Gogetr content without permission.

7. Termination of accounts

• You can delete your account at any time via the settings page.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted, except for:

  • Email addresses for future communication about new tools (if you consented)
  • Legally required records (e.g., invoicing)
• Gogetr reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Applicable law and competent court

• These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
• Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.
